Plain terms for using AlgoProven. By creating an account or using the site you agree to these.

What AlgoProven is

AlgoProven is independent monitoring & analytics tooling for futures algo traders — it tracks prop-firm rules, watches your bot's events, and surfaces analytics. It is not a broker, not a prop firm, and not financial, investment, or trading advice.

What it is not

• We do not execute trades, place orders, or move money. Your bot or your hand makes every trade.
• We are not affiliated with Topstep, Apex, FundedNext, or any prop firm. Firm rule data is indicative — always confirm with the firm.
• Pass-lock and guard layers are best-effort safeguards, not a guarantee. Markets gap, connections drop, software has bugs — you remain responsible for your accounts.

Your responsibilities

• Trading futures carries substantial risk of loss. You trade at your own risk.
• You're responsible for keeping your account credentials and API keys secure.
• Use the service lawfully and don't abuse, overload, or attempt to break it.

Beta

AlgoProven is in private beta. The service is provided "as is" without warranties; features may change and downtime can happen. We work hard to keep it reliable but can't promise perfection during beta.

Plans & payment

Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis until cancelled. The scanner and research stay free. Founding-member rates are honored while your subscription stays active. Cancel anytime from your account; access continues to the end of the paid period.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, AlgoProven is not liable for trading losses, missed trades, rule breaches, or any indirect damages arising from use of the tooling. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the prior 12 months.
