Privacy Policy
Short version: we collect the minimum to run your account, we are transparent about every third-party service we use (and why), and we never sell or share your data. Your bot's data is yours.
What we collect
- Account details — your email and a display name, so we can create your account and contact you.
- Bot events you send us — signals, orders, fills, P&L and risk metrics your bot emits through our SDK. You choose what to send; we only display and analyze it for you.
- Usage — basic, privacy-respecting page analytics (Cloudflare, no cookies, no cross-site tracking) so we know what's working.
What we do NOT do
- We never receive or store your broker credentials or API keys — your bot keeps its own broker connection.
- We never execute trades or move money on your behalf.
- We don't sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers or data brokers.
- No ad pixels, retargeting scripts, or social widgets. We do not track you across sites for advertising. Fonts are self-hosted (no Google Fonts requests). See the third-party services section below for full detail on the analytics tools we do use.
Third-party services we use
We believe you deserve to know exactly which external services receive any data when you visit or use AlgoProven, and why we use each one. Here is the complete list:

How we use your data
Strictly to operate the service: run your dashboard, track your prop-firm rules, send you account and product email, and improve the product in aggregate. That's it.
Where it lives & how long
Data is stored on our own server (EU). We keep account and event data while your account is active. Delete your account and we remove your personal data and bot events (anonymized aggregates used for product metrics may remain).
Your rights
Ask us anytime to access, export, or delete your data — email [email protected] and we'll action it.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we'll update the date above and, for significant changes, email account holders.
